Privacy Notice

Last updated: 25 October 2026. This notice describes the website's current functions. The operator's complete postal address, service-provider arrangements and retention schedule still require confirmation.

Who is responsible?

Makers Agency Ltd., L-Armier Limiti ta' Mellieħa, Malta. For privacy requests, contact makersagency@pm.me.

Contact requests

The form collects your request type, name, email address and any company, Telegram handle or message you choose to provide. Requests are stored in Lovable Cloud so the operator can review and respond to them. Providing this data is voluntary; a name and valid email are required to submit the form. Do not include sensitive personal data.

The purpose is to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, take steps towards a business relationship. The relevant GDPR basis is Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) for other business correspondence, based on the legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Email notifications to the operator are not currently enabled.

Requests should be deleted when no longer needed to handle the enquiry, unless legal retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage. A fixed retention period and automated deletion schedule have not yet been established.

Website delivery and abuse prevention

Hosting and network services process connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. The form temporarily uses the forwarded IP address for request limiting and includes a hidden spam-detection field. IP addresses are not stored with contact submissions. This processing supports reliable operation and abuse prevention under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Country-based language selection

The homepage requests a same-origin network trace and reads the country code derived from your connection. The trace may contain an IP address, but the language feature does not store it or pass it to the translation service. English is used when a matching translation is unavailable.

If you manually select a language, the browser stores that choice locally under makers-language until you clear it. It is used only to remember your language preference. The feature is intended to provide understandable content, based on the legitimate interest in a usable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

AI translation and SEO analysis

Homepage translations use Lovable AI Gateway. Only a fixed public website-text catalogue and the requested language are sent for translation, not contact-form submissions or visitor IP addresses. Translations are cached for reuse.

The separate SEO-check tool sends the text and keyword entered by its user to the AI service for analysis. Do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into that tool. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed.

Fonts and external links

The website loads Fredoka and Luckiest Guy from Google Fonts. This creates a connection to Google, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Google's privacy notice describes its processing.

Telegram, gambling-authority and support links take you to external websites only when you follow them. Those services process data under their own notices. Contacting the agency by email or Telegram also involves the respective communication provider.

Service providers and international processing

The website uses Lovable for hosting, contact storage and AI access, network infrastructure for delivery, and Google for fonts. Processing outside the EEA may occur depending on the service and provider arrangements. The operator must confirm applicable processing agreements, locations, safeguards and provider retention terms; this notice does not claim a verified EU-only processing arrangement.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact makersagency@pm.me to exercise your rights. Contact requests are not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

You may complain to a supervisory authority, including Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner, or an authority in your country of residence, work or the alleged infringement.
